They can be divided into four main categories.

  1. HACCP based non-accredited audits for Walgreens, Walmart or companies requiring a similar scheme. These are usually a one day audit that will cost $1000*. The audit will be reviewed and mailed to the requesting company if necessary. This audit doesn’t have to come from a large and expensive accredited company.
  2. GMP audits. Some companies require that all of their suppliers, are audited by a third party auditor. High scores show that a supplier is committed to providing safe food products. Companies use them for training or review purposes. This audit doesn’t have to come from a large and expensive accredited company. $800 for a one day audit*. We can also customize an audit for you or use an existing audit for training purposes.
  3. Retail audit. $500* for a one day audit. To view a sample retail inspection audit, click here. Perfect for grocery stores, commissaries and central kitchens.
  4. GAP audit for a recognized scheme. BRC, SQF and FSSC 22000. $1200* per day based on size of the operation and scope.

*In Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa and Illinois the auditor will likely drive. Wisconsin and Northern Illinois will not have expenses for one day events. Expenses will include a mileage rate, meals and possibly a hotel stay. Expenses will be discussed and estimated prior to the audit.
