Food Safety Professionals-State certified food safety classes
All classes start on Tuesdays. They start at 8:00 am and end around 4:30 pm. Manuals will be provided the day of the class. Lunch is on your own unless specifically noted.
Online classes can be ordered at any time. The cost includes the videos, exercises and the exam. The exam must be taken in the presence of a proctor. You are signing up for an exam date. A laptop would be needed for the exam. When you sign up for an exam date and pay an electronic code will be sent to you. Instructions will be included.
Please see the HACCP page for more information. They normally start at 8:00 am and end around 4:00 pm each day. Sushi HACCP is one day. Basic HACCP and Seafood are two days while Juice is three days. Manuals will be provided the day of the class. Lunch is on your own unless specifically stated otherwise.
FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course-PCQI requirement
Course Description: The Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation (referred to as the Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation) is intended to ensure safe manufacturing/processing, packing and holding of food products for human consumption in the United States.
On site food safety, HACCP and PCQI classes
The classes listed below are open to anyone who signs up. However, the majority of all our classes are private or closed classes. This means a company or facility selected us to teach a group of their people. If you are interested please call or email. Manuals will be provided the day of the class. 5 person minimum for food safety classes and 4 person minimum for HACCP and PCQI. If your company requires a specific system please let us know.

This is a regular food safety class. The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. This is an eight hour class that would begin at 8 AM and end at 4:30 PM. $165 per person. The class is being held at the Holiday Inn Milwaukee west on November 15, 2022. Holiday Inn express Milwaukee West an IHG Hotel 11111 W. North Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53226. This class is being held in Spanish.

This is a regular food safety class. The Nationals Registry of Food Safety Professionals. This is an eight hour class that would begin at 8 AM and would end at 4:30 PM. The class is being held at the Country Inn and suites in Racine Wisconsin. This class is being held in English and it will cost $155 per person. December 6, 2022.
